What should have been a 3 hour job ended up being an 8 hour job. I apologized as I had no idea as i just bought the hpuse in July. Those 5 guys worked their tails off and never complained. After three weeks I wrote a letter and sent it registered and they finally contacted me. They did give me $600.00 for a vent leak that happened after the roof was done. I had to pay for a heating and cooling company to tell that my vent was fine and if they had caulked it when they did the job it would not have leaked.

They ripped the leaf guard off my gutters for some reason, destroying some of them as they tossed them to the ground while they were ripping the old shingles off. They ran their gas-powered air compressor on top of my brand new paver sidewalk which dripped oil all over it. They damaged my gutter by dropping their garbage cans on top of it while dumping their trash in the dumpster that was in front of my garage door. This created a noticeable bump on the roof and water began leaking into my garage.
I write this review not even as a customer of Best Choice but because of my dealings with the company itself. I unfortunately hired a different company to do siding on my home. It’s a well know company that completely butchered the job. I was referred to Leon in hopes that we could get the original company to pay for him to redo their terrible work. They altered my roof by cutting in a ridge vent and blocked off the gable vents at both ends of the house without adding any soffit vents. Roy, the Owner, is a kind, straight forward man and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so mich for All of your hard work and dedication. After the initial roof was put on there was a problem that the salesman, who was at my house, said they he would have fixed. I never contacted the company because the salesman told me HE was going to contact the owner and show him the pictures of the problem. After almost a month of being told that it was going to be fixed I finally gave up and called the office twice.
